Trula Ann Teague

Trula Ann Teague, age 76 of Wellsville, Kansas passed Saturday, September 9 at Olathe Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 10AM, Saturday, September 16, 2017 at the Wellsville Baptist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trula Teague Memorial Fund in care of Wilson's, PO Box 486, Wellsville, Kansas 66092.
Trula Ann Teague was born March 31, 1941 in Blanchard, Oklahoma the daughter of Truman Patrick and Dorothy Marie (McNeal) Teague. She grew up in Amarillo, Texas where she graduated from high school in 1960. She moved to Kansas City in 1971 where she started a home cleaning business that she owned and operated for 14 years while raising her son and two daughters. Trula began working for GE/Swiss Re in 1999 where she was a switchboard operator until her retirement in 2014. She loved her family, cooking, and watching Criminal Minds in the morning while drinking her coffee. She loved singing and, most importantly, loved her faith. Living her life as an example through her Christian walk.
Trula is survived by son Eldon E. Cahill of Cameron, MO; daughter, Cynthia M. Walker of Pennsylvania; daughter, Nicole J. Chrisp of Wellsville; sister, Wanda Carol of Oklahoma City, OK; brother, Larry D. Teague of Amarillo, TX; 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces and 2 nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, 2 brothers.
