SHERYL LYNN LIKES

Sheryl Lynn Likes, age 64 of Ottawa, Kansas passed away September 20, 2023 at Parkview Heights in Garnett, Kansas surrounded by her family. A memorial visitation will be 4-7PM, Friday, October 6th, 2023 at Wilson’s Funeral Home in Wellsville.

Sheryl Lynn Likes was born November 14, 1958 in Ottawa, Kansas the third of nine children born to Max and Carol Jane (Radcliffe) Likes. She grew up in Garnett and attended Garnett and Ottawa schools. Sheryl was a housekeeper and bartender most of her life. She loved all types of music, mushroom hunting, the 4th of July and especially dressing up for Halloween. She enjoyed crime and mystery shows and loved her family more than anything. She would do anything for her children and grandchildren.

Sheryl is survived by her daughter, Cara Grey of Ottawa; daughter, Cassie Hildebrandt of Pomona; son Jacob Aguirre (Melissa Cruz) of Ottawa; brother, David Likes of Ottawa; sister, Lisa Likes of Greeley; sister, Linda Stowe of Pittsburg, KS; grandchildren, Trevaun Taylor-Grey and Bo and Ava Kelley. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Billy, Rick and Chuck and sisters, Cindy Egidy and Kelly Weber.
