Russell D. Teffer, Jr., age 48 of Olathe, Desert Storm Combat Veteran, best friend, loving husband, devoted father and family man, went home to be with his Heavenly Father, August 26, 2017 after a very courageous battle with cancer. Russell was cremated and interment will take place at Leavenworth National Cemetery at a later date.
