Richard "Ricky" Allen Mitchell

Richard Allen “Ricky” Mitchell, age 59 of Edgerton, Kansas, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025 at his home.

Richard Allen Mitchell was born January 19, 1966, in Gardner, Kansas the son of Kenneth Wayne and Nancy Lou (Storch) Mitchell. He grew up and attended schools in Baldwin and Wellsville, and was most recently employed by Arrowhead Hardware in Baldwin. Ricky was a mechanic most of his life and loved RC cars, model cars and repairing small engines. When he wasn’t spending his time on cars, Ricky loved to fish and be with his beloved dog, Flynn.

Ricky is survived by his sister, Patty Taylor (Rod); aunt, Linda Suddarth; and uncle John Mitchell.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
