Myrick V "Mike" Otto

Myrick V "Mike" Otto, age 73 of Wellsville passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Olathe Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1PM, Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Wilson's Funeral Home with visitation 1 hour prior at 12PM, also at the funeral home. Interment will follow services in the Wellsville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wellsville High School Athletic Fund in care of Wilson's, PO Box 486, Wellsville, KS 66092.
Myrick V "Mike" Otto was born May 5, 1946 in Ottawa, Kansas the son of Earl William and Dorinda (Pelham) Otto. He grew up in Wellsville and graduated from Wellsville High School in 1964. He auctioned with his brother, Branden, who affectionately gave him the name "Poodle" and loved playing 10 point pitch and dominoes. He was a 40 year bleacher referee for the Wellsville Eagles. He loved watching sports and loved his pets.
Myrick is survived by his brother, Branden Otto (Debbie) of Edgerton; son, Matthew (Lana) Otto of Osawatomie; grandsons, Noah and River Otto of Osawatomie; and many extended family members. He is preceded in death by his parents.
