Jenni Jo Harris, age 48 of Kansas City, Missouri passed away February 4, 2022 at St. Joseph Medical Center. Memorial visitation will be from 1-2:30PM, Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Wilson’s Funeral Home in Wellsville, Kansas.
Jenni Jo (Miller) Harris was born November 3, 1973, in Clinton, Missouri the daughter of Glenn Redford Miller and Donna Jo (Rogers) Wright. Jenni grew up in Urich, MO and graduated from Sherwood High School in 1992. September 1992, she joined the United States Army and completed her active duty training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. After completion/graduation, she was then stationed all over the United States, as well as Heidelberg, Germany. She was honorably discharged in 2002 as a Ranking Specialist due to parenthood. She served 2 terms as an Administrative Specialist before being discharged. She was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon and an Army Lapel Button during her career in the U.S. Army. After her career in the Army, Jenni enrolled at the University of Fairbanks Alaska, where she studied Marine Biology for 3 years.
Jenni is survived by her children: Madelynn Neal and Theoren Neal, both of WA; Orion Harris and Sean Harris, both of CA; mother Donna Jo Wright of Archie, MO; sister, Melody Leigh (Miller) Zeiler (Michael Wes Zeiler) of Peculiar, MO; step-brother, John M. Wright and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Glenn Redford Miller and brother, David Glenn Miller.
