Eugenia Lorene Baker

Eugenia Lorene Baker, age 86 of Wellsville, KS passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Olathe Medical Center. Graveside services will be 12PM, Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the Wellsville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Eugenia Baker Memorial Fund in care of Wilson's, PO Box 486, Wellsville, KS 66092.
Eugenia Lorene Baker was born January 6, 1933 in Harwood, Missouri, the daughter of Wilbur R. and Leola G. (Synder) Summy. She grew up in Nevada, Missouri and graduated from Nevada High School. Lorene worked for TWA for over 35 years as a payroll manager and was a lunchroom monitor at Wellsville Elementary School for 3 years. Lorene enjoyed her Bible study group, and loved, chickens, Pepsi and tomatoes.
Lorene is survived by her sister, Carlene Huckaby of Denver; grandchildren, Shelby Baker of Pomona and Jacob Baker of Ottawa. She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Tommy Baker.
