Deanna Lynn (Garrett) Pine

Deanna Lynn Pine, age 55 of Wellsville, Kansas, passed away May 22, 2026 at her home with family by her side. Graveside services will be 11:30AM, Monday, June 1, 2026 at the Wellsville Cemetery.

Deanna Lynn Pine was born June 25, 1970 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Larry William and Sherry Lee (Vanderbur) Garrett. She grew up in Wellsville and attended schools at USD 289. She graduated from WHS in 1987. After high school, she worked at Puritan-Bennett Corporation in Lenexa for many years. On May 4, 1996, she married Michael Joseph Pine in Kansas City, Missouri. They were married 30 years before her passing. He survives at the home.

Deanna was also employed by AirGas in Lenexa for over 20 years. She loved her family and antique shopping, will be missed by those that knew and loved her.

Deanna is survived by her husband, Mike of the home; her father, Larry Garrett of Wellsville; sons, Wyatt Pine of Lawrence and Dylan Pine of the home; niece, Nicole Henness (Derek) of Osawatomie; and mother-in-law, Laura Pine of Lebanon, MO. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sherry (2000), brother Scott (1991), and her sister, Jennifer (2025).
