Colleen Howard Obituary

Colleen (Bourne) Howard passed away peacefully at the Wellsville Retirement Center on the evening of 25 November 2020. Colleen will be joining her husband at Arlington National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
She is predeceased by her husband Danial Howard, mother and father Ethel and Charles Bourne, sister
Marion Rockwell and brother Hughes Bourne.
She will be missed and is survived by her sister Kaye Franz of Tempe AZ, daughter Patricia Ostler and son
Robert Stauffer of Layton UT, daughter Shevawn Jones (Carl) of Wellsville KS, 7 grandchildren, 21 great-
grandchildren, 6 nieces and 3 nephews.
Her family will have graveside services next spring where she will join her beloved husband Daniel, in
Arlington National Cemetery, Riverside CA.
Colleen was born in Erie PA in 1927 and moved to Highland CA in 1958. She remained in the area until
moving to Wellsville in 2015.
She was retired from Kaiser Permanente as a Chart Clerk and Receptionist after 27 years. She and her
husband traveled and cruised to the Bahamas, Egypt, Israel, Ireland and England just to name a few. She
loved to travel especially on a cruise ship. Her favorite country to visit was Ireland, her mothers
homeland, where she still has many relatives.
She was a beautiful person and artist. She was a very loving daughter, sister, aunt, mother and
grandmother. She will be missed terribly.
